There are three main reasons for the circuit board solder green oil falling off:
1. When printing ink on PCB, the pretreatment is not in place. For example, there are stains, dust or impurities on the surface of PCB board, or some areas are oxidized
2. It may be because that the circuit board was baked in the oven for a short time or the temperature was not enough, because the circuit board had to be baked at a high temperature after the thermosetting ink was printed, and if the baking temperature or time was not enough, the strength of the ink on the board would be insufficient, eventually causing the circuit board to solder off.
