The day before, LEM company launched HXD series PCB (High Quality PCBs china) installation type current sensor, the sensor uses a PCB mounted dual current measurement module. The measuring current range of the new sensor can cover 3-25ARMS, and can measure 2 current separately. The module is compact, the mounting area is 400mm2, and the height is 12mm.
The HXD type LEM sensor is designed for use in the following applications: measured (primary side) current and measurement signals (Fu Bian) are transmitted via a printed circuit board (PCB). This sensor is equipped with 2 primary bus conductor, welding for primary current transmission in PCB. The margin includes the HXD power supply (+ 12- + 15V, less than 30mA), grounding, and 2 independent signal outputs.
The HXD series offers 6 standard models with the same appearance, rated currents of 2x3, 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25ARMS. Analog signals with an output signal of + 4V at rated current. HXD uses an open loop Holzer effect to measure DC, AC, or pulse currents, with high electrical isolation between the primary side and the rest side, and the AC isolation voltage is 4.3kVRMS/50Hz/1min. Their anti-interference ability is strong, and the measuring accuracy relative to the rated current at normal temperature is 1.5% (not including zero).
