Do you offer free PCB samples?+
Available. We will refund the sample cost once the bulk order of a single model reaches USD 30,000. It is recommended to verify quality via a sample‑making order, and seamless switch to mass production after confirmation.

What is your MOQ for PCBs?+
Prototyping: 1 piece. Mass production: no minimum.

How can I get a PCB quote?+
Email Gerber files + quantity to sales@o-leading.com. Response within 1-2 working days.

Can I change PCB files after ordering?+
Free before production starts. After that, a scrap fee may apply.

How do I reorder a previous PCB?+
Email your previous PCB part number. No files needed.

When do you charge additional costs?+
Laser drilling, back drilling, via-in-pad, large ENIG area, oversized boards, or special packaging. We confirm before proceeding.

Maximum layer count?+
44 layers for rigid, 30 layers for HDI with Any-layer interconnect.

Minimum trace/space?+
Standard: 3 mil / 3 mil (75μm). HDI inner: 2.5 mil on request.

Surface finishes available?+
ENIG, ENEPIG, Immersion Silver/Tin, OSP, Hard Gold. ENIG is most popular.

Do you support mSAP process?+
Yes, we can support mSAP for high end customers’ PCB board.
PCB Assembly (PCBA) Ordering

How do I get a PCBA quote?+
Email Gerber + BOM + Pick-and-Place file to sales@o-leading.com. Quote in 2-3 business days.

Do you offer turnkey PCBA?+
Yes — PCB fab, component sourcing, SMT/THT, coating, and box-build under one roof.

How do you ensure component quality?+
We source from authorized distributors and verified channels. IQC inspection with batch traceability.

Do you offer FAI for PCBA?+
Yes.We offer FAI report for PCBA
In addition we also can provide 1: HD photos for remote review. Option 2: physical samples shipped to you.

Do you offer X-ray inspection?+
Yes. X-Ray inspection is available for BGA and QFN assemblies.
File Requirements

What files for PCB fabrication?+
Gerber (RS-274X), NC drill file, and fab drawing with stack-up details.

What is a BOM?+
A list of all components: MPN, Designator, Quantity, Description. Excel preferred.

Can you panelize my single PCB file?+
Yes, free panelization. Provide your panel dimensions and quantity.
Lead Time

Standard PCB lead time?+
5-7 working days (standard), 3-5 days (prototype). Express service available.

Standard PCBA lead time?+
2-4 weeks depending on BOM complexity and component availability.

How is lead time calculated?+
From the next working day after file confirmation and payment. Excludes weekends and holidays.
Shipping

Shipping carriers?+
DHL, FedEx, UPS + air/sea freight to 60+ countries.

International shipping time?+
Express: 3-5 days.
Air: 5-10 days.
Sea: 15-30 days. -
Can I combine multiple shipments?+
Yes. Send order numbers and we will combine shipping.
Quality & After-Sales

What if my boards have quality issues?+
Send photos to sales@o-leading.com. Confirmed defects will be repaired or remade.

Do you provide inspection reports?+
Yes — AOI images, X-Ray scans, E-test reports, and FAI report are available with orders.
Payment & Invoice

Payment methods?+
T/T (wire transfer) and PayPal and L/C. 30-day credit terms for regular customers.

Yes. Detailed invoice with every order. Contact us for proforma invoice before payment.
